Our Mission

 

The Shalimar Association is a voluntary non profit civic organization under IRS code 501(c)4. Our mission is to enforce the covenant that came with owning the golf course property and homes in this neighborhood. This covenant, which was upheld by the Arizona Court of Appeals in 1984, states that the golf course must remain a golf course until 2025.

We encourage you to stay informed and participate in the united neighborhood effort to keep the neighborhood a valuable amenity for years to come. We will post our annual meeting notes, bylaws, take action notices, and invitations to our meetings. We hold an annual meeting and we will be letting you know when and where that will take place.

We look forward to meeting you, seeing you on the golf course, and meeting you in the restaurant, well known for delicious food, a great setting, and a perfect place to connect with friends and family.
